Before your workspace sends personal data through Asiri, it accepts the processor agreement. Your company is the controller and Asiri is the processor: you decide what is collected and why, and Asiri acts only on recorded instructions.
Who can do this
Anyone in the workspace can read where it stands. Only an owner or editor can record acceptance.
Find it
Open Settings → Workspace settings, and under Agreements and support choose Processor agreement.
Where this workspace stands
Where this workspace stands shows your role, Controller, Asiri's role, Processor, the Published version in force, and the version the workspace stands on.
- If the workspace has accepted nothing, the page says so. An acceptance must be recorded before the workspace sends personal data through Asiri.
- If the workspace accepted an earlier version, the page says it is one version behind.
- If the page could not read where the workspace stands, it says so rather than giving an all-clear.
What both sides are committing to
- You are the controller; Asiri is the processor.
- Your records stay yours: registers, evidence and filings remain with the workspace, including during export and exit.
- Hosting and transfer terms are explicit: the hosting location and cross-border safeguards are part of the agreement.
Record acceptance
Under Record acceptance, the form states the version in force. Press Accept this agreement. The acceptance is recorded against you and this workspace.
Common questions
"Do I type the version I am accepting?" No. The version in force comes from the service, so there is nothing to get wrong.
"What if no version is in force?" The page says so and suggests you contact support.
