Everything we can substantiate, on one page.
No boilerplate, no unnamed "industry leaders", no growth figure without a definition attached. If a claim about Asiri is not on this page, we have not made it — and you should not print it.
We answer press enquiries within one working day, in Lagos hours. If we cannot substantiate something you ask about, we will tell you that rather than declining to comment.
Built for the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and the GAID 2025 directive, rather than a European product translated across.
Founded and built here. Every engineer works in the jurisdiction the product is about.
For a product about cross-border discipline, running in Ireland would be indefensible.
And four the product refuses to issue a certificate wording for, because no certificate exists.
Licensed DPCO firms and individual officers. Nobody pays to appear, so placement cannot be bought.
We will not confirm a round, a valuation or an investor list until there is something on a public register to point at.
Every company that publishes one defines it differently. We would rather say nothing than say something unfalsifiable.
The description, if you need one
Sixty words, and they are accurate
Use it verbatim or cut it down. What we would ask is that you do not add a superlative we have not earned — Asiri is not the first, the largest or the leading anything, and we have never claimed to be.
Standard description · July 2026
Asiri is a Nigerian data protection platform. It connects to the systems a company already runs, reads what personal data is actually there, and keeps the registers the Nigeria Data Protection Commission asks for at the annual audit return. It maps that same evidence across twenty-three frameworks, and refuses to print a compliance claim its own records disprove.
Founded and headquartered in Lagos. Customer data is held in Cape Town, on af-south-1.
What we will and will not confirm
A company that sells honest records cannot brief off the record
The refusals below cost us coverage. They are the same refusals the product makes, and it would be incoherent to hold customers to a standard we abandoned the first time a journalist asked a good question.
How the product works, in detail
Including what it cannot do. We will walk you through a read, show you the provenance, and let you press on the parts that are weak.
What the Act and GAID actually require
On the record, attributed, with the section numbers. This is the part of the story most coverage gets wrong.
Aggregate findings from real audit files
Anonymised and published in Insights first, so you are quoting something already public rather than an exclusive we shaped for you.
Anything about a named customer
Not their name, not their tier, not whether they are one at all. Even a confirmation that somebody uses Asiri is information about their compliance posture.
Commentary on another company’s breach
We sell a product that says breaches come from reasonable people making reasonable decisions. Punditry on somebody’s bad week contradicts that.
Off-the-record briefings
If it is true we will say it with our name attached, and if we cannot say it we will tell you that plainly instead.
Brand assets
Take what you need, unmodified
Please do not recolour the mark, set it on a busy photograph, or stretch it. Everything else is fine without asking.
The wordmark
Gold tile, Poppins semibold, always with the tile to its left. On light grounds the word sets in navy.
SVG · PNG · on request
The palette
Navy #141a34 and #1b2144, gold #e8b23a, stone #f6f5f2. Red appears only where the product reports a finding.
Four values, no gradients
The typeface
Poppins throughout, with a monospace face for references and timestamps. Both are open licence, so you can set copy in them freely.

Screenshots
Every figure in a supplied screenshot comes from a demonstration workspace. No customer's registers appear in any image we hand out, ever.
On request, same day
Writing about the Act rather than about us?
We will put you on the phone with somebody who reads audit files for a living, with no expectation that Asiri is mentioned. The reporting on NDPA enforcement is thin, and that is bad for everyone.
Announcements
Dated, and kept at the same address for as long as the company exists. Nothing is edited after publication — a correction is a new release that says what it corrects.
Nothing has been announced yet. When something is, it appears here and stays.
Brand assets
The marks, at the sizes publications ask for. Use them as they are: recoloured, stretched or set on a background that breaks the contrast, they stop being ours.
The kit is not published yet.
The company seal is not a brand asset and is not published. If you need proof of incorporation, the CAC certificate is what to ask for.
