In privacy operations work, we kept watching the same scene play out: brilliant Nigerian operators stapling European tools to a Nigerian law that didn't quite fit. Audits passed on paper and failed in practice. Templates referenced GDPR articles. Support tickets sat overnight in another timezone.
Asiri started as a weekend tool to fix RoPA chaos. By 2025 we knew it had to be a product — one built in Lagos, for the NDPC era, with no European tax bolted on top.
