A product that refuses to overstate a compliance claim cannot be sold with an overstated demo. So the walkthrough runs on a workspace with real gaps in it — an expired key, a supplier with nothing signed, a basis nobody restored.

  • Not a slide deck

    Forty minutes, screen shared, on a workspace with real gaps in it. The first thing you see is usually a finding rather than a feature.

  • Not a discovery call before the demo

    There is no qualifying stage where somebody who cannot answer technical questions asks you about budget.

  • Not a sequence
