Pricing · annual, in naira
Every figure, on the page.
No "contact us" where a number belongs. Four plans for companies, one seat rate for firms, one take on the marketplace — and the regulator's own fees passed through untouched.
- ₦0
- Free plan, permanently — not a trial
- 10%
- Marketplace take, on the professional fee only
- 0%
- On the NDPC's own fees — passed through untouched
A price change is a new plan version with an effective date, never an overwrite. What you agreed to is what you keep paying until you choose to move.
Which plan is mine?
Your tier decides it, not your size
The Act sets your tier from your sector, or from how many people's data you handled in 6 months.
Distinct people, counted over 6 months rather than lifetime. The lines are 200, 1,000 and 5,000, and each is "more than", not "at least".
- How it reaches that
- over 5,000 data subjects in six months (¶3(1)(b))
- NDPC registration
- ₦250,000
- Annual filing fee
- ₦500,000 to ₦1m
- Who may file it
- A licensed DPCO only
- Schedule 10 bands this on a data subject count and names no period to count it over. The 6-month count you gave is the one ¶3(1)(b) uses to set your level, not one Schedule 10 asks for, so it cannot pick your band here. You declare the count and the period it covers when you register with the Commission, and the band follows from that. Schedule 10 also opens "Except as otherwise determined by the Commission", so every band is a default rather than the last word.
The Asiri plan that fits
Groups at this rung run several controllers, need single sign-on, and are usually asked where the infrastructure sits.
GAID 2025 Schedule 7 — Guidance Notice on Registration of Data Controllers and Data Processors of Major Importance, NDPC/HQ/GN/VOL.03/B/24, dated 19 December 2024, ¶2–¶3, in force from 2024-12-19. A tier is a judgement you can argue with the Commission — Asiri shows the reasoning, never just the label.
For companies
Four plans, priced against what compliance already costs you
Billed annually. VAT of 7.5% is added at checkout and shown as its own line, because it is the Federal Government's money and not ours.

Price history, not price changes
Starter v2 takes effect 1 Oct 2026 at ₦140,000. Existing subscriptions are untouched — a rise means a new plan code and a migration at your renewal, never a silent edit.
What we never take a cut of
NDPC registration and filing fees are paid by you, directly to the regulator. They never pass through us and are never marked up. Taking a percentage of a statutory fee would be indefensible.
Paid in naira
Card or transfer through Paystack, in NGN, on an annual cycle. No FX exposure on a compliance obligation that is denominated in naira.
For licensed firms and individual DPOs
Free to join. You pay when a client authorises you.
A DPCO is a controller too, so its own register is free — charging a supplier to also be a customer is petty. Revenue comes from the clients you manage, and from the marketplace when money actually moves.
Practice workspace
Your own register
₦0
Portfolio and staff management, filing authority where your licence allows, twenty-five seats. Free because you carry the same obligations your clients do.
No joining fee · no listing fee
Managed client seat
Per client, per year
₦150,000
Charged when the client grants authorisation, on the anniversary. Under one audit fee: a firm carries a ₦3.5m licence and ₦1–1.5m a year to renew it, and the seat spreads that fixed cost across the whole book instead of one engagement.
The client's own workspace stays free
Marketplace
Only when money moves
10%of the professional fee
Taken at collection, on your fee alone, and inclusive of the VAT we owe on it. Paystack splits the client's payment as it takes it: your ninety per cent settles straight to your own bank account and never passes through ours. On a ₦1,950,000 audit-and-filing engagement that is ₦195,000.
Nothing to list · nothing to bid
White-label workspace — ₦3,000,000 a year, optional. Your brand, your domain, the same isolation and support burden as Enterprise, which is why it is priced there.

What each plan is entitled to
Entitlements are enforced in the product, not described in a brochure. If a plan does not include the filing pack, the button is absent rather than disappointing.

Scroll the table sideways on a narrow screen. Practice is a firm's own workspace; the ₦150,000 seat is charged when the client grants authorisation, per client, per year, on the anniversary.
The other bill
What the Commission charges, and who is allowed to file it
These are not our fees. We show them because a plan price means nothing until you know what sits beside it — and because at two tiers you cannot legally file alone, at any price.

Registration ₦10,000, renewed every year
No annual return is due at this level — Art. 9(3) asks you to renew the registration every year in its place, and the registers are still required.
Filed by nobody — none is due
The 2025-year return was due 30 May 2026 — extended by 60 days from 31 March, which is the standing date. Late costs a flat 50% of the filing fee on top. Not filing at all runs to 2% of last year's gross revenue or ₦10,000,000, whichever is greater.
Work out your exposureQuestions we actually get
Before you ask us
Is the free plan a trial?
No. It has no end date, no card and no countdown. It exists because a company that can see its own score is a company that eventually needs a firm — and the marketplace is where we earn.
Why is Growth so much more than Starter?
Because extra high level is a different obligation, not a bigger one. EHL must file through a licensed DPCO every year, and Growth is what makes that filing assemble itself: the filing pack, evidence requests answered from the registers, and no cap on connections. Set against ₦100,000 of registration plus ₦200–250,000 of audit a year, it replaces spend rather than adding to it.
What happens to my price when yours goes up?
Nothing, until your renewal. Every plan carries a version with an effective date; a rise creates a new version and a new payment plan code, and existing subscriptions keep the version they signed. You are told before renewal, with the reason the number changed.
Do you take a cut of what I pay the NDPC?
No. You pay the Commission's fees to the Commission — they never pass through Asiri, so there is nothing for us to take a cut of. Our checkout collects the firm's professional fee and nothing else, and our 10% is taken from that as it is collected.
What does a firm pay to be in the marketplace?
Nothing to join, nothing to be listed, nothing to quote. A firm's own workspace is free, a managed client seat is ₦150,000 charged when the client grants authorisation, per client, per year, on the anniversary, and the 10% take applies only when a client actually pays a fee through us. Before that can happen a firm gives its settlement details once, so the processor knows which account to settle its share to.
Can I pay monthly?
Not today. The obligation is annual — registration, the return, the audit cycle — so the plans are annual too. Enterprise agreements are billed on whatever schedule the contract sets, quarterly included.
Is my data hostage if I leave?
No. Registers export on any plan, including Free. Asiri is a processor for you, lists itself in your own supplier register with its DPA attached, and deletion on exit is a term of that DPA rather than a favour.
