No known issue

Every incident we have had is below, with how long it took us to notice, how long it ran, and when we told the people affected. Nothing is removed once it is resolved.

  The API and anything built on it — integrations, the SDKs and the trust badge.

• The applicationno known issue

  Signing in and every register screen. Nothing can be read or written through the browser.

• The databaseno known issue

  Everything. Every other component reads and writes here.

• Outbound emailno known issue

  Sign-in codes and every notification. Nobody can sign in for the first time while it is down.

• The public siteno known issue

  The marketing site, the trust pages and this status page. Signed-in work is unaffected.

• Scheduled workno known issue

  Statutory clocks, retention sweeps and outbound mail run late. Nothing queued is lost.
