After both sides sign, the practice asks for authority over specific registers and actions. You decide what it gets, for how long, and when it starts.
Who can do this
An owner or editor of your workspace.
Review the request
When the practice has asked, the next-step panel says Approve the access request. Open Agreement & scope in the conversation. The Register authority panel says Review and approve the requested authority.
- Under Narrow the requested authority before approval, untick any register or action you do not want to grant.
- Set Authority expires.
- Write a Reason for your decision. The practice can read it.
- Press Approve selected authority, or Refuse. Asiri asks you to confirm it is you.
To drop the request without deciding, press Cancel this authority request.
Issue the code
Approval alone grants nothing. The panel now says Issue the approved authority code. On a call with the practice:
- Press See what you would be granting if you want to check first.
- Press Issue the code.
- Read the code to the practice. It is shown once, works once and expires in minutes. The grant is recorded against your name.
If you need another, press Issue a new one. Any code still live stops working.
What they can reach
Only the registers and actions you approved, inside the signed agreement. Open Record access to see what is granted and what is not. Every read is recorded in your audit trail with the person and time.
Withdrawing access
Press Withdraw authority, write Why you are withdrawing it and press Withdraw it now. Asiri asks you to confirm it is you. Access stops at once. Nothing the practice has already read is recalled. Press Leave it standing to keep it.
Common questions
"Does signing the agreement give them access?" No. Access starts only when the practice enters a code you issued.
"Does raising a dispute withdraw access?" No. Withdraw it separately if you need to.
