Eri is Asiri's workspace assistant. Ask it about the page you are on or about your records. It reads only what you are allowed to see, and it never changes anything until you review and approve it.
Who can do this
Anyone in a workspace on a funded plan can ask Eri. Eri reads the records your own access lets you view, so two people asking the same question may get different answers.
Open Eri
Press Ask Eri at the top of any page. Eri opens beside the page and knows which page you are on. Type your question and send it. Suggested questions are offered to start you off.
To start over, press New conversation.
What Eri reads
Eri reads records you are permitted to view. Reads happen on request. It checks your access before reading a record, and uses only the records and tools your workspace access allows.
Page guidance does not share your form values or record contents.
Review what Eri proposes
When Eri proposes a change, such as a new record or a reply, it shows it as a proposal for you to review.
- For a new record, check the proposed fields and press Create record. It is saved under your own permissions.
- For text, edit Your reviewed text before you use it.
- If it is not right, dismiss it.
Nothing is created or sent until you approve it.
Eri credits
The badge beside the bell shows how many Eri credits you can use now. A typical answer uses two to three.
- Credits included with your plan refill at the start of the accounting month. Unused ones lapse.
- Bought credits never expire. Buy a pack under Settings → Plan and billing.
If your workspace has no funded plan, Eri says Eri needs a funded workspace. Running out of credits stops Eri and nothing else. Your registers, evidence, filing pack and every deadline are unaffected.
Common questions
"Can Eri see records I cannot?" No. It uses only the records and tools permitted for your workspace access.
"Will Eri change a record without asking?" No. You review and approve every change.
