Work is delivered against the deliverables in the signed agreement. The practice shares a revision, and the client accepts that exact revision or asks for changes.
Who can do this
Sharing a revision needs an owner or editor of the practice. Accepting or asking for changes needs an owner or editor of the client's workspace.
Share a revision (practice)
Open Deliverables in the conversation. Under Contract delivery:
- Choose the Service occurrence and the Agreed deliverable. The acceptance criteria from the agreement are shown below.
- Upload your files. They stay private until you select and share them.
- Tick the files to share and add a Delivery note.
- Press Share selected artifacts with client.
Each share is a numbered revision. The client sees it as Awaiting client decision.
Accept or ask for changes (client)
Open Deliverables and read the latest revision. Press Download shared file to open each file. Write a Client decision note, then press Accept this exact revision or Request changes to this revision.
A decision applies only to that revision. If you ask for changes, the practice shares a new one.
Acceptance and payment
When a payment stage depends on client acceptance, accepting every listed deliverable makes that stage due. Accepting does not mean the regulator has verified anything, and it does not move any money by itself. The invoice follows.
If something is wrong
Talk to the practice in the conversation first. If that does not settle it, an owner or editor of the client opens Invoices & payments and presses Raise a dispute. Choose What is wrong?, write What happened, in your own words and press Raise it and date the claim. Asiri attaches the agreement, the scope, the messages and the payments itself.
Raising a claim does not freeze or reverse a payment, and it does not change the practice's access. It is not published on the practice's profile.
Common questions
"Why can I not accept a revision?" Write a decision note first. If you have, one of its files is no longer available. Ask the practice to share a new revision.
"What is Provider delivery assertions and legacy history?" Older, practice-recorded delivery items. They do not make a payment stage due.
