Finding a DPCO or DPO

How to search the marketplace, filter and compare practices, and read a practice profile before you enquire.

Updated

The marketplace lists DPCO firms and DPOs that have enrolled on Asiri, and the NDPC licence register. You can search, filter, compare and open a practice's profile before asking it for anything.

Open the marketplace

Open Partners under Connections & trust on the rail. Press Find a provider, or Browse the marketplace if you have no providers yet. The page is headed Find a professional. If you already have requests or conversations open, they appear first under Your requests & conversations.

Search by name, city, sector or specialism.

Enrolled practices and the licence register

Two tabs sit above the list:

  • Enrolled practices: practices with a listing on Asiri. You can open their profile and ask them for a quotation.
  • Licence register: entries from the NDPC register. A practice that has not enrolled is shown as an Unclaimed listing.

Filters

Press Refine your search to filter by:

  • What they are: Licensed DPCO or DPO for hire
  • Practice standing: Standing current, Standing needs attention or Standing not established
  • Availability: Free to start now, At capacity or Has not said
  • Sector
  • Location

The list is ordered by fit against what you filtered on, never by what a practice pays. You can change the order with Sort: Best fit, Practice standing, Most filed, Replies fastest, Free to start now or A to Z.

Comparing practices

Press the tick on each card you are weighing up, or press View details and then Add to compare. The practices you pick collect in a bar at the bottom of the page. Press Compare there to see them side by side.

A practice's profile

Press View details for a quick preview, or Open profile for the full profile. The profile shows:

  • whether the practice May file your return
  • its replies, languages and photographs
  • its Delivery record, once enough work has been completed through Asiri
  • What you can ask them to do, and its Stated service prices where it has published them

The tabs are About, Ask for a quote and With you. With you lists work you already have with this practice.

Common questions

"Why is there no Ask for a quote button on a practice?" If a practice's licence has lapsed or it is suspended, nothing can be asked for. The profile states why in place of the button.

"Can a DPO file our return?" No. Only a licensed DPCO may sign and submit a return. The profile says whether a practice May file your return.

"Why does a practice show no delivery record?" The record is only shown once enough engagements have been completed through Asiri to measure.
