Leaving a review after delivery

How a company rates a practice once the engagement has ended, what publishes, and how the practice can answer.

Updated

When an engagement has ended, you can review the practice. The review is optional. It publishes on the practice's public listing, without your name.

Who can do this

An owner or editor of your workspace.

Open the review

Open the engagement's Invoices & payments and press Close-out and review. The page is headed Close out. The top shows the payment summary. The review is under Review the firm.

You can publish a review only after the engagement has ended.

Write it

  1. Under Your rating, choose from 1 to 5 out of 5. Each rating says what it means, from "It went badly and I would say so publicly" to "I would recommend them without hedging".
  2. Write One line somebody else could act on.
  3. Add And the detail if you want to. Prompts such as "Was the scope honest?" help.
  4. Check Yours, as they will read it.
  5. Press Publish it.

Beside your words, Asiri shows facts about the engagement that neither of you can edit.

What happens next

The rating counts towards the figure on the practice's listing straight away. Your words are published beside it, dated, and never under your name. The practice is told which workspace left it.

Neither of you can edit a published review. The practice may answer once, underneath, and cannot edit that answer either. A review comes down only on a stated ground, after a person at Asiri has read it.

Common questions

"Do I have to review before I can settle?" No. Settling and reviewing are separate. You can settle and say nothing.

"Where are the reviews I published?" On Reviews, linked from your engagements list.
