Partner evidence is a structured claim that another system pushes to Asiri through the API, such as a training platform reporting completions. Each claim is kept with its exact versions and its provenance. It is never linked to anything until a person chooses it.
Who can do this
- A current company owner sets up partner origins.
- People in the workspace read the received evidence and link it to requirements, as far as their role allows.
Set up a partner origin
A partner sends evidence with an API key that you issued. First issue a key under Settings → Developers, then bind it to a named origin.
- On the Developers page, under Partner origins, press Add partner origin.
- Write the Origin name.
- Under Origin API key, choose an existing key that you issued and that may submit partner evidence.
- Describe the Origin scope.
- Tick Active origin, write the Reason for configuration and press Save origin.
Each origin shows its revision and whether it is active. Changing an origin means fresh partner evidence is needed before earlier evidence can be reused.
Where received evidence appears
Open Evidence library under Records & evidence on the rail. The section Received from integrations lists each claim, with its origin, when it was received, and whether it is available. An unavailable claim says why. Press Refresh integrations to reload the list.
If nothing has arrived, it says No evidence received from integrations.
Inspect a claim
Press the inspect button on a claim. You see:
- its origin and origin revision
- whether it is available for human source selection
- its scope, when the partner reported it, when Asiri received it, and how long it is valid
- under Payload and immutable versions, every version, with its sender key, its digests and its contents. Files can be downloaded with Download file.
- under Where used, the requirements it is linked to. Old links are marked historical.
Link it to a requirement
On a programme requirement, press Link or replace evidence. Under Source type, choose Partner integration claim, then Find a source and choose the claim. The link pins the exact version you chose. Nothing is linked automatically.
Common questions
"Does partner evidence link itself?" No. A person chooses it in a requirement's evidence picker.
"What happens when a partner sends an update?" It becomes a new version. Earlier versions are kept.
"Can a key from another person be used?" No. The key must be one you issued.
