Recording certifications and audit reports

How a company records the certificates and audit reports it holds with their assurance level, attaches the supporting document, and chooses what customers can see in the Trust Centre.

Updated

Certifications is where your company records the certificates and audit reports it holds, such as an ISO 27001 certificate or a SOC 2 report, and links each to its supporting document. Recording one does not publish it. You choose what customers see.

Who can do this

An owner or editor of your workspace can record certifications and upload their documents.

Find it

Open Trust Centre in the sidebar, under Connections & trust, and press Manage certifications. The page shows how many assurances are Recorded, Certified and Expiring.

Record a certification

  1. Press Add certification. The form has steps.
  2. Choose the Framework.
  3. Choose the Assurance level:
    • Claimed: the company states it.
    • Independently examined: for reports such as SOC 2.
    • Certified: a certificate issued by a certification body.
  4. Give the Issuer or auditor (optional), the Certificate or report number (optional) and the Expiry date (optional).
  5. Press Record certification.

It appears under Held assurances.

Attach the document

  1. Press Upload supporting document and upload the PDF. Review its current version.
  2. Under Supporting documents & certification history, press Record company source on the certification.
  3. Fill in the recorded issuer, reference, edition, scope and dates, choose the Exact current approved proof, and save.

To change it later, press Revise company source. To take it back, press Withdraw company source.

Choose what customers see

Press All trust documents to set each document's access: internal only, public download, or on request with an optional NDA. Then review your Trust Centre before you publish. Uploading a document does not publish it.

Common questions

"Does Asiri verify our certificate?" No. These are company-recorded records. Independent evidence checks are published separately.

"What happens when a certificate expires?" It counts under Expiring from 60 days before its expiry date, and after it. Record the renewed one when you have it.
