Setting up your company takes four steps: Organisation, Size, Plan and Review. The person who creates the workspace becomes its owner. You can invite colleagues once you are inside.
Organisation
Give the Registered name, the legal name exactly as it appears on your CAC filing, and Your full name. Do not use a trading name. Register entries and any return are made in the registered name.
Size
Answer how many people's data you have held in the last six months. Count distinct people. Every line is "more than", not "at least". You are also asked a few questions about the kind of work you do.
From your answers, Asiri shows a setup estimate of where you may stand. It is an estimate, not a legal decision. Choose the answer that is true today. A confident guess is less useful than an honest gap. Your actual registers decide the final position, and correcting an estimate later changes the recommendation without rewriting earlier evidence.
Plan
Every workspace is on a plan from the moment it exists, so you choose it before the workspace is created. You can change it from inside afterwards.
- A plan with no cost is created straight away.
- A paid plan is paid for at the checkout first. Your name and address go with you to the checkout. The size answers do not, so you would answer them again if you came back.
- A plan priced with you is arranged with us. Press the button to talk to us.
Review
Check the Organisation, Owner, People in six months, Level and Plan, and create the workspace.
Your first three things
Inside, the welcome page suggests three things, in this order:
- Your programmes: explore the frameworks and programmes your company works with. Press Open programmes.
- My work: find the next steps assigned to you. Press Open My work.
- Your records: keep activities, evidence and decisions organised. Press Browse records.
Then invite colleagues under Settings → Who has access.
Common questions
"Can I change the plan later?" Yes, from Settings → Plan and billing.
"A colleague already set us up. Should I create another workspace?" No. Colleagues ask to join the existing workspace instead of creating a duplicate. Its owner can also invite you.
"Does Asiri read our systems when we sign up?" No. Nothing is read until a system is deliberately connected.
