Switching between your workspaces

How someone who belongs to more than one company or practice sees every workspace their account can open and switches between them, and why switching moves no data.

Updated

One Asiri account can belong to more than one workspace: your own company, a practice you work for, or a client workspace you were invited into. Each workspace keeps its own registers. Switching changes what you are looking at, never where the data is.

Who can do this

Anyone with an account. You see only the workspaces your account has been given access to.

See your workspaces

Open your account menu and choose My workspaces. The page is Workspaces. Each workspace shows its kind, such as Organisation or Practice, and whether it belongs to a group or is an Independent workspace.

You can also open Your account, choose the Workspaces tab, and press Switch workspace.

Switch

Press Switch beside the workspace you want. Asiri opens it, and the sidebar, registers and work change to that workspace's.

Common questions

"Does switching move any of our records?" No. Every register, connection and filing belongs to its own company. Access changes and data stays.

"Why is a workspace I used before missing?" The list shows only the workspaces your account can open now. Ask its owner if you still need access.

"Do workspaces in a group share registers?" No. A group shares one invoice. Each company's registers stay its own.
