Overview is the first page of your company's workspace: your programmes, priorities and progress in one place. It shows only what Asiri could read for you, and changes as your workspace grows.
Who can do this
Anyone in the company's workspace can open the overview. What you see depends on your access. The Trust Centre panel appears only to owners and editors, and only someone who can manage programmes is offered Create a programme.
Find it
Open Overview in the sidebar.
When you are starting
Before any programme exists, the overview offers a clear place to start:
- Create your first programme, or Explore your programmes if you cannot create one.
- Give the work an owner: set up departments and their owners.
- Bring your evidence together.
You can also press Explore the framework library. My next steps links to Open My work, where assigned work appears as your team gets going.
Once programmes are running
Along the top, four counts link to the work behind them: Active programmes, Assigned to you, Awaiting review and Evidence to revisit.
- Programme progress shows each active programme and how far its requirements have been reviewed. Press All programmes for the full list.
- Needs your attention lists open work with its owner and due date. Press All open work for the rest.
- Recent activity shows the latest changes. Press View all to open the audit trail.
- Enterprise risks summarises your risk register. Press Review enterprise risks for the risks due for review.
- Audit milestones shows each audit as Audit open, Record frozen or Opinion signed. Press Continue to open it.
- Work by department shows open work for each department and its accountable owner.
- Trust Centre shows whether your public page is Published or Unpublished, and any buyer requests to review.
Press Refresh overview to read everything again.
When a source cannot be read
If part of the overview could not be read, the page says Some overview sources are unavailable. Each panel shows what could be verified. The other panels are still accurate. Refresh to try again.
Common questions
"Why does a colleague see a different overview?" Panels depend on each person's access. The counts assigned to you are your own.
"Why is a count shown as a dash?" That source could not be read. Press Refresh overview to try again.
