Your delivery record is worked out by Asiri from work done through Asiri. You cannot edit it, and it does not depend on what you or a client say about the work.
What it shows
On your public profile, under Delivery record:
- Delivered on time: the share of your dated promises that you kept
- Usual turnaround: the median time your jobs take
- Jobs measured: how many promises the figure was drawn from
- Returns filed for a DPCO firm, or Jobs completed for a DPO
The figures cover the last 24 months.
What counts as on time
Two kinds of promise count, in one figure:
- an audit return filed by the audit's target date
- a deliverable on the engagement's list, marked delivered on or before the day it was agreed for
A promise with no agreed date counts neither way.
When it appears
The on-time figure appears only once at least five dated promises can be measured. Until then the profile says there are not enough completed engagements to show reliable delivery metrics. A practice that has not yet done five jobs is not shown as 0% on time.
Your reply time is shown separately, once you have answered three conversations.
Reviews
What clients publish about your work is on Reviews. An owner or editor can answer a review once, underneath it, with Publish this answer. The answer cannot be edited.
If a review says something untrue, press Raise this notice and say what is untrue and how you know. A person at Asiri reads the review and your account of it, and leaves it standing or takes it down on a stated ground. A practice has a limited allowance of notices.
Common questions
"Can I improve my record?" Only by keeping the dates you agree. Recording last year's work today does not change it: deliverables count from when they arrived.
"Do reviews change my on-time figure?" No. The rating is shown on your listing, but the delivery record comes only from dates.
