In privacy operations work, we kept watching the same scene play out: brilliant Nigerian operators trying to staple EU-built tools to a Nigerian law that didn't quite fit. The audits passed on paper and failed in practice.
ASIRI started as a weekend tool to fix RoPA chaos. By 2025 we knew it had to be a product — one built in Lagos, for the NDPC era, with no European tax bolted on top.
