Audit trail basics

Audit logs preserve important actions across tenant settings, members, records, uploads, access approvals, and workflow changes.

Review an event

  1. 1Open Audit.
  2. 2Filter by actor, module, or date.
  3. 3Open the event detail.
  4. 4Confirm the event ID, timestamp, actor, and affected resource.

Export evidence

Use exports for internal reviews, board packs, DPCO support, and audit requests. Keep exports in approved storage locations.
