Add a personal avatar and tenant logo so menus, emails, and tenant switching are recognizable.

Personal avatar and account security are managed from Profile. Company logo is managed separately from Settings > Branding.

Company logo and tenant branding live in the Branding tab. Personal avatars live in the user profile area.

Personal avatar

  1. 1Open Profile settings.
  2. 2Upload a square PNG, JPG, or WebP image.
  3. 3Crop if needed and save.
  4. 4Reload the app if another tab still shows initials.
