Remove a member from a tenant

Offboard a user while preserving their historical audit events.

Remove or deactivate users from Settings > Members. Historical records and audit events remain linked to the original actor.

Offboarding should leave an audit trail showing who removed access, when it happened, and which tenant was affected.

Remove access

  1. 1Open Settings > Members.
  2. 2Find the member.
  3. 3Select Remove or Deactivate.
  4. 4Confirm the action.

What remains

Records created or edited by the user stay in the tenant. Audit events continue to show who performed each action for historical traceability.
